The Delafield Brewhaus is accepting applications for a full-time, Sous Chef/lead Line Cook to join our team, Serve Safe Certified, with experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen. Previous experience and/or culinary training required. Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of cooking principles, good organization skills and have the ability to work well and communicate with others.
